1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return or refund.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, dirt, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for return.


2. Exceptions

We will accept returns and provide refunds if:

  • The product arrived damaged,

  • The item has a manufacturing defect, or

  • You received the wrong item.

In these cases, returns will be accepted regardless of condition.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • We do not charge restocking or handling fees.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Orders without discounts or promotions will be refunded at the original product price.

Note:
Shipping fees and insurance (if purchased) are non-refundable.


Exchange Policy

  1. Contact us within 30 days if you want to exchange your mat for a different size, color, or style.

  2. The replacement item is free, but customers must cover the return shipping cost of the original mat.

  3. The returned mat must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

All returned items will be inspected before approval.


How to Make a Return

  1. Email us at support@bsicpro.com.

  2. Tell us which mat(s) you want to return and the reason.

  3. Our customer service team will provide the correct return address.
    (Note: The office address is not the return address.)

  4. Print the return label and attach it securely to the package.

  5. Drop off the package at your local post office or schedule a pickup.


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped.

  • If your order has not shipped, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund.

  • If your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
    Please wait for the package to arrive, then contact us for a return or refund.

Important:
Please do not refuse delivery. Carriers often destroy refused packages, and such orders cannot be refunded.
